Hôtel des Princes

WWWWWW | 33 rue Geiler ; 67000 Strasbourg (France)

Location
It's a 10 minute drive with a taxi from the train station in Strasbourg! It's a bit hard to find since it doesn't have that typical "hotel look".

Hotel
It's a cute little hotel with very few rooms. However they have a small room and balcony where you can have breakfast.

Rooms

As you can see from my room tour here we had a very beautiful room! They have different sizes and looks which is always a plus cause you never know what your room might look like this time. It's absolutely clean (and is cleaned every day of course) and it just feels like home. Also, the bathrooms are big and depending on the room you either have a shower or bathtub! Oh and in case you want internet / wifi you just have to ask at the reception and you get a password! :)

Food

We actually never had breakfast or dinner there since we went on a business to Strasbourg! Everything had to be quick so we ordered breakfast to our room. They have a nice room service with a fairly big card. We had pizza, scampi, tarts with bacon & onion (Flammkuchen) and more. It was all served fairly quick (within 20 minutes or less) and you could also order some drinks! As for breakfast: it was so much! You just had to fill out a card the night before and you get everything to your room.

Service
Like you can tell from the room service the staff is absolutely amazing. They also have a 24h service in case you need something. They're friendly, helpful (in case you need tips for Strasbourg) and really put the costumer over everything else!

Notes
The view you get from the hotel is stunning! The hotel itself as its buildings around are simply beautiful. They look straight from another time. Also, if you have someone with a wheelchair with you, there will be no problem. They have an elevator and a ramp to enter the hotel!

Conclusion
We can highly recommend this hotel to you. It's a nice and affordable stay - even if it's just for a weekend. Strasbourg is too beautiful to only spend two days there though ;)
